Only states and counties containing foreclosure sales will be listed in the drop-down selection.
You may enter multiple search criteria. To do so, repeat any of the following as many times as is necessary.
To search our free foreclosure listings by state:
1. Select the state for which you are interested in foreclosure sales.
2. Click the green arrow.
3. The state will be added to the criteria field to the right.
To search our free foreclosure listings by county:
1. Select the state for which you are interested in foreclosure sales.
2. The screen will refresh and provide a list of counties for the selected state in which foreclosures exist.
3. Select the county in which you wish to search for foreclosures.
4. Click the green arrow next to the county field.
5. The state and county combination will be added to the criteria field to the right.
To search our free foreclosure listings by city:
1. Select the state for which you are interested in foreclosure sales.
2. Type the name of the city in which you wish to search for foreclosures.
3. Click the green arrow next to the city field.
4. The state and city combination will be added to the criteria field to the right.
To search our free foreclosure listings by zip code:
1. Type the zip code you are interested in foreclosure sales.
2. Click the green arrow next to the zip code field.
3. The zip code will be added to the criteria field to the right.
To remove any of your foreclosure property listing search criteria, select the item in the criteria listing on the
right and push your delete key.
Once you have selected your desired criteria via the above process, you may
limit the age of the foreclosure property listing. You may select to only
view those foreclosure properties added within the last week or within the
last month. If you wish not to limit the age of the listings, simply
select "all".
